We are proud to release PerFOURmance Motorsports ultimate range of performance Subaru’s. Manufactured specifically with 2 versions designed to exceed the requirements of 2 different applications.

• PMS25 Street
• PMS25 Club Sport

These cars are available on all specifications and optioned: Subaru Liberty, Forester GT, WRX, STi, and C Spec donor vehicles. The 2 options are tried and tested packages that we know will provide unparalleled performance in today’s congested and confusing market. A wide range of variables are available if you have a specific requirement that we have not covered here.

All packages are a carefully designed balance of grunt and top end performance to give you a set up that will dominate on the track on the weekend, and be exhilarating to drive all week. All cars began with a EJ25 open deck engine block, and now that the XT Forester and 2.5 STi is available the 2.5lt semi closed engine is modified and being used. This is prepared by us to deliver the hard hitting grunt of 2.5lt’s. We use this capacity to drive our hand finished turbo-chargers to deliver early spool to avoid the lag that comes with large replacement turbo chargers.


The PMS25 delivers the hard punch off the line of a small turbo car, with the top end of a larger pump – you get it all. Each component is carefully chosen and matched to make a smooth revving, hard hitting and reliable perFOURmance engine . Suspension packages are based on proflex struts and our own specification of spring rates which have been configured to suit these cars. They have been prepared through years of testing in the harsh world of gravel rallying and road racing.

We also use the tried and tested Subaru Group N bushes and mounting rubbers to keep the harshness down and the accuracy of the suspension up. This makes for pin point controllability with the ability to tune the suspension for the individual. We have also put together an equivalent package to suit the Mitsubishi EVO.

PMS25 Street

This is a package which gives serious perFOURmance with blistering acceleration and huge increases in cornering abilities while still retaining a reasonable level of comfort for the daily driver who may compete in some spirited club competition.

Engine

The engines in the street package provide strong performance from 3,700 to beyond 7,000RPM giving that exhilarating thrust in the back as you run through the gears but still providing easy flexibility in off boost situations with massive power on boost. PMS hand finished, Subaru genuine C Spec headers coupled with our perfectly matched 2 into 1 custom made up pipe or unequal length headers.

Handling

We offer a handling package which will provide stiff but still compliant suspension. This will provide accurate turn in with tune ability to customise the suspension to suit your particular driving style.

Brakes

Existing brakes on MY02 STi and C Spec are suitable for this use and we fit
front and rear performance pads.
All other vehicles we fit 4 spot front and 2 spot rear callipers with 2
piece front rotor and upgraded rear rotor.

PMS25 Club Sport

This is a package which gives greater engine flexibility and more tuneable suspension designed for more serious levels of club competition. Suitable for Motorkhanas, Autocross, Skidpans, Club Sprints. It is particularly suitable for Hill Climbs.

Engine

The engines in the Club Sport package provide an incredibly strong performance from 3,500 to well after 6,5000RPM giving a stronger flatter power curve from very early in the rev range. This gives brilliant acceleration out of even the tightest turns and continues all the way down the straights with instant power almost all the time. PMS hand finished, Subaru genuine C Spec headers coupled with our perfectly matched 2 into 1 custom made up pipe or unequal length headers

Handling

We provide a handling package which will provide a firmer ride than the street version but still acceptably compliant suspension. This provides accurate turn in and the ability to dial in understeer or oversteer with tune ability to customise the suspension to your application and to suit your particular driving style.
